Introduction

The Society for the Advancement of ICT & Comparative Knowledge (SOCTHADICK) (https://socthadick.org) is an international intellectual cum professional association. It is devoted to studies on information and communication technology (ICT) and its application in different spheres of life, towards solving peculiar challenges of mankind and the society. The Society is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria (CAC). The motto of the Society is ‘Knowledge is Power’. Apart from Nigeria, members of the Society are based in such countries as USA, Kuwait, South Africa, Malaysia and Russia; this reflects the international status of the Society. The Society has held two previous international conferences in the years 2021 and 2022. SOCTHADICK is thus pleased to announce her 2023 International Conference and Annual Meeting, in partnership with the Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Science, University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. The conference is relevant to all areas and issues pertaining to ICT and knowledge generation, acquisition and transmission. It is a hybrid conference (physical and virtual modes).
