Introduction
The Society for the Advancement of ICT & Comparative Knowledge (SOCTHADICK) (https://socthadick.org) is an international intellectual association devoted to non-trivial studies on all issues pertaining to ICT, comparative knowledge systems and their inter-relationship. The Society is meant for ‘literates’ and ‘illiterates’, and activities of the Society are devoid of parochial ethnic, racial, sectional, socio-economic and related bias. The motto of the Society is ‘Knowledge is Power’. SOCTHADICK is pleased to announce her 2022 Regular Conference and Annual Meeting, in partnership with the Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Natural Sciences, Prince Abubakar Audu University (PAAU), Anyigba, Kogi State, Nigeria. The theme of the conference has been carefully selected to address virtually all issues pertaining to ICT and knowledge-based economies (KBE). The importance of KBE, as opposed to the traditional ‘brute-force’ economies, cannot be overemphasized. This is evident in the strides made by great nations such as Japan, USA, United Arab Emirates (UAE) etc. It is a hybrid conference (physical and virtual modes).

Papers to be presented at SOCTHADICKconf’22 and considered for publication in the Conference Proceedings need to be prepared in APA style using Microsoft Word.
